B'ouzo - white pike whiskey, ouzo, raspberry lemonade, and tangerine marmalade





squash risotto, sage and pumpkin seed pesto, pumpkin puree, roasted cinnamon infused butternut and delicata squash, shaved pecorino romano


Glowing, gloating, and green with Envy - 

Pistachio orgeat syrup, green chartreuse, Chareau, absinthe, lime juice, green tea infused sake water


braised venison osso buco, sauteed potato pierogies, roasted mixed mushrooms, venison and blueberry reduction


Phenomena - Fennel & Fig infused vodka, rosemary and lemon royal syrup, honey-laced Drambuie, and curacao

spiced beef carpaccio, endive, chicory, and frisee salad, mustard champagne vinaigrette, spiced fennel, white grapefruit supremes, espresso soaked parmesan, walnut fig crumble 


Cheery Cherry - House cherry blossom syrup, prosecco, grand marnier, sage liqueur
