Being amidst the seasons changing, it is hard enough trying to figure if you need to bring a coat, umbrella, or tank top with you when leaving the house!
It's even harder to figure if you want a Hot toddy or a Mojito when the bartender asks what you would like to drink. With the seasons challenging what type of cocktails to produce, we went further then trying to guess what type of cocktails to offer.
Rather, we try making cocktails that bring the best of the two adjoining seasons to enjoy both in perfect harmony.
For this Cocktail, The Fall Fling, we brought elements of this Indian summer in with some tangy rhubarb and peach schnapps and tied it with the season nowe are emerging into with hints of thyme, rosemary, and even foreshadowing our winter months with a little grapefruit juice for a nice ZZING!
