Beautiful Beets pickled in Rosé & Raspberry


Beautiful & bountiful beets! We find beauty and inspiration for all our dishes sometimes just by looking at the ingredients themselves. This beet will soon be used to make Rosé & raspberry pickled beets for tarts with goat cheese and honey. It's the simple things that make the best bites!

Just by roasting these beets in the oven and mixing with a quick mixture of Rose wine, raspberries, red wine vinegar, and sugar, you can elevate these beets to some seriously delicious pickled beets to garnish small bites or add to a lovely fall salad.
