The Vegan struggle at Thanksgiving dinner


We know with all the cream, meat, and bases of stock can be a hard thing to get around for someone who does not eat meat or their byproducts. We always make sure to offer our clients some options of vegan, gluten-free, paleo, etc for any event so that everyone can enjoy the food and ambience of your event.

The biggest challenge that some people see is making these restricted diet items as delicious as their carnivorous counterparts. We always focus on making every item the best it can be as far as flavor, quality, and appearance. Just because someone has a dietary restriction, does not mean they have to sacrifice these elements to enjoy food, especially the food produced by Morsels and Mixology. So rest assured, no matter what the challenge, we are here to take it on and go beyond any expectation you had begun with.
