Love, Peace, & Bacon Grease!

Bacon lover's rejoice!

Because we just found the most baconstructive use for that leftover bacon fat.

Yorkshire pudding, a side dish of Northern England descent, is barely a pudding at all.

Commonly made from batter and melted fat or oil, these pretend pop-overs are the perfect popable to use up that pool of oil in your pan.

So say it with us, "Love , peace, and bacon grease"!

Yorkshire Pudding Recipe: Ingredients: 1 cup all purpose flour 1 cup milk 2 eggs 2 tsp salt 1/4 cup - 1/3 cup Bacon fat Instructions: 1. Mix flour, milk, salt, and eggs together using either a blender or a whisk. Do not over mix, some lumps are OK.

2. Refrigerate for 3 hours or up to to a day. 3. Preheat oven to 400. Divide bacon fat into pop over pan using about 1 tsp of fat per tin. Place in oven and heat until fat is melted. 4. Meanwhile, quickly mix batter until incorporated back together. 5. Once pan is preheated and fat is melted take out and carefully pour batter 3/4 of the way to top over melted bacon fat.

6. Bake for 12 minutes, rotate, and bake for an additional 13 - 16 minutes, or until browned on top serve immediately.

Enjoy with breakfast or make a lettuce and tomato slider!
