SUN'S OUT! BUNS OUT!

Actually, maybe you should just keep your buns inside for the time being.  You know what - Just forget the BUNS & BBQ all together!

These baked burger bombs are... well...

the bomb.  We know - 

just when you thought things were on a roll for spring.  But have no fear, the end of this quarantine is near!  In the meantime, take a stab at these slider stand-ins.

Baked Burger Bombs Recipce:

Ingredients: 1/2 lb ground beef 3 slices cooked bacon, diced (SAVE YOUR BACON FAT) 1/2 onion minced 1 tbsp steak sauce 1 tsp garlic powder 3 slices cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese) each cut into 4 pieces 2 sheets puff pastry Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. In a bowl mix together ground beef, chopped bacon, onion, steak sauce, and garlic powder together. Form 12 mini hamburger patties. 3. Bake patties for 8 minutes, remove from oven, and let cool. 4. Dust some flour on yout work surface. Roll puff pastry sheet out into about a 10 inch square. Cut the pastry sheet into 6 rectangles. Repeat with the other puff pastry sheet. 5. Place each patty in the center of the rectangle and top with cheese slice. Fold the corners into the center and twist to seal, making sure the press the puff pastry together. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. 6. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.

Serve with ketchup, mustard, and relish!
